Aluminum Liquid Degassing Box with Hanging Heating Cover | Rotary Degassing Unit for Molten Aluminum Purification

      WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. presents a high-performance Aluminum Liquid Degassing Box designed for the efficient purification of molten aluminum. This fixed degassing box is used together with a mobile rotary degassing unit and an overhead crane-mounted heating cover to achieve online hydrogen and inclusion removal. When degassing is not required, the heating cover is hoisted by a crane to cover the box, providing constant temperature insulation, preventing oxidation and secondary hydrogen absorption. This equipment is ideal for continuous production in aluminum alloy casting, including pure aluminum, Al-Si, Al-Mg, and Al-Mn alloys. Operating temperature ranges from 720℃ to 850℃. Key applications include hydrogen removal, non-metallic inclusion removal, and melt insulation to improve casting density and mechanical properties.
