With a maximum design line speed of 400 m/min and a main extruder output of 180 kg/h (soft PVC), this production line efficiently meets the demands of various wire specifications.

The production line consists of key components including an active pay-off stand, five-wheel straightening unit, double-wheel tensioner, SJ70 extruder, 35 vertical injection molding machine, U7 dual-color extrusion head, cooling water tanks, diameter gauge, high-frequency spark tester, two-wheel haul-off, horizontal accumulator, and dual-reel shaftless take-up machine. The total line length is approximately 45 meters with a center height of 1000 mm, ensuring a compact and operator-friendly layout.

The SJ70 extruder features a 38CrMoALA alloy steel screw and barrel. The screw incorporates a specialized spiral rib design for superior plasticization and shear strength, while cast aluminum heaters and fan cooling systems ensure precise temperature control. The U7 dual-color extrusion head is made of S136 material and includes fine-tuning eccentricity functionality, making it ideal for multi-layer or multi-color insulation production.

The control system is built around a Siemens PLC and a 15-inch touchscreen, offering both automatic and manual operation modes. Real-time monitoring of key parameters such as extruder speed, current, voltage, wire diameter, and trend curves is supported. Integrated safety features include material shortage alarms, overtemperature alerts, and spark fault protection, ensuring stable and safe production.
