1.Product Introduction
Low energy consumption. The furnace adopts the latest thermal insulation materials
andrational overall structural design, and the hearth temperature rise is less than 30℃.
The lining of the melting pool is casted as whole. The imported casting material for
lining is not stuck with aluminum liquid, and is crucible friendly. The lining has a life
of more than 5 years.The furnace adopts the high-quality silicon carbide rod as heating
element, which has the features of low failure rate, long service life, and easy maintenance.
Accurate temperature control and fast heating speed. Dual-temperature measurement
and control through PID automatic regulation. The aluminum liquid temperature is kept
within a tolerance of ±3℃.The furnace cover can be moved upward or downward by
the pneumatic cylinder, which is convenient for slag removal and maintenance.Special
combustion system and flame retardant fan are used, which have a low working noise.
Safe and reliable. The furnace is equipped with overheating protection, overload protection
and over-temperature power off alarm function, which fully protects the equipment and
operation safety.
