The 1200℃ Trolley-Type Resistance Heating Furnace from WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. is a high-performance, energy-efficient solution designed for T6 and T4 heat treatment processes, including quenching and annealing of aluminum alloys, medium-small metal parts, and alloy components. With chamber dimensions of 4.0m × 1.05m × 0.85m, this industrial furnace is ideal for applications requiring uniform heating, fast quenching transfer, and precise temperature control.

This cart-type resistance heating furnace features a fully fiber-lined furnace body using low-zirconium ceramic fiber blocks from Shandong Luyang, offering low thermal conductivity, excellent heat retention, and energy savings. The furnace is rated at 200KW (adjustable) and operates at a maximum temperature of 1200℃, with a common working temperature within 1100℃. Two hot air stirring fans (2.2KW each) are installed on the furnace top to force air circulation, ensuring furnace temperature uniformity ≤ ±10℃ during the holding stage.

 

The intelligent temperature control system integrates a 7-inch Kunlun Tongtai touchscreen and a Japanese Shimaden SRS13A industrial PID controller. This dual-level system allows centralized setting, monitoring, recording, and storage of heat treatment process curves. It also includes over-temperature audible/visual alarms and automatic current cut-off for safe operation. The temperature control accuracy reaches ≤ ±1℃, meeting demanding heat treatment standards.

 

The furnace is constructed with a robust 8# channel steel frame and a 2mm Q235 steel outer sealing plate. The trolley features a self-propelled wheel structure with a 3kW planetary cycloidal reducer, moving at 6–7 m/min. The furnace bottom plate is made of 30mm thick Cr25Ni20 cast steel to support heavy loads and prevent oxide fall-off. Heating elements are 0Cr27Al17Mo2 corrugated resistance strips, arranged on five surfaces and fixed with high-alumina ceramic screws, ensuring safe and convenient maintenance.

 

The furnace door lifting system uses a 1-ton electric hoist with vertical lifting speed of ~8 m/min, combined with a mechanical four-section inclined self-weight sealing method for full airtightness. Safety interlocks prevent trolley movement during heating and ensure heating only starts when the door is closed.
