 1. Application

  The RT2-140-6 electric bogie hearth heat treatment furnace is mainly used for low temperature annealing heat treatment processing of aluminum plate, aluminum plate products, etc. The working temperature of the furnace is 600℃.

 3.Structural Introduction

  The RT2-140-6 car bottom furnace is mainly comprised of furnace shell, lining, furnace door, furnace door lifting mechanism and door compression mechanism, bogie, bogie traction mechanism, sealing between furnace body and bogie, heating element and fixed device, and temperature control system.

Driving method of door: The electric resistance bogie hearth furnace door is electrically lifted upward and downward by the hoist.

3.4 bogie, 1 set

bogie structure: It is welded by 14# I-beam steel beam and 10mm steel plate. The bogie could work for a long time without deformation at full load.

wheel: The wheels are made from ZG55# steel casting. The transmission shaft is made from 45# steel, and it is heat treated. The transmission bearing is of the heavy type pillar bearing to bear the weight. In order to reduce the wheel pressure of the trolley, 3 pairs of wheels are installed at the bottom of the trolley to support the entire trolley.

bricklaying body: The bogie is built with a heavy high alumina refractory bricks, light refractory bricks, and heat preservation bricks. The impacted parts and weight bearing area are bricked especially with heavy type high aluminum refractory bricks. There is also free space left for the refractory lining expansion when heated.

bogie hearth plate: 30mm thick CrMnN heat resistant steel casting part with max working temperature≤950℃. It can prevent scales from falling into the heating elements slot which would form a short circuit.

bogie moving mechanism: The bogie has a self-moving method. The reducing gear drives the bogie wheel to move. The bogie movement is smooth and stable.

Sealing among furnace door, furnace body and bogie: Sealing between the furnace door and the furnace body is through self-weight pressure tightening mechanism.

3.5 heating element

heating element: The 0Cr25AL5 resistance corrugated shape alloy resistance strips are mounted in 2 side walls, back wall, furnace door and bogie bottom.

3.7 hot air circulating system

The hot air circulation is mainly composed of 2 centrifugal fans and the air guide plate in the bogie hearth furnace for annealing. The heat emitted by the heating element is evenly blown into the effective working area by the circulating fan through the air guide plate. The air deflector is made of 1Cr18Ni9, and the fan and shaft are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. In order to ensure the normal use of the bearing, the cooling method adopts air cooling.

Air guide device: It mainly circulates the wind generated by the circulating fan in the furnace effectively along the direction of the air guide plate in the furnace, so that the air in the annealing car bottom furnace can produce rapid convection to achieve the uniform temperature. The materials of the wind deflector and the skeleton are all made of 304 stainless steel, and the air guide plate and the frame are connected in a movable way to ensure the air guide plate free expansion under high temperature conditions.
