The nitriding furnace tank is constructed from 8mm heat-resistant stainless steel, and the furnace cover integrates a water-cooled sealing system to ensure operational safety and extended service life.

The nitrogen control system utilizes a thermal conductivity hydrogen analyzer and a programmable JDT-1 nitrogen potential controller, supporting both automatic and manual modes for precise ammonia decomposition rate management. This system is suitable for pure ammonia, methanol, ethanol, and CO₂ atmospheres, offering flexible process programming with up to 10 sections per program and storage for 100 sets.
