3. Structural Introduction
The bogie hearth treatment furnace mainly consists of a furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace door; load bearing bogie and
bogie traction mechanism, furnace body and workshop sealing mechanism; heating elements and fixing devices; furnace
temperature automatic control system, hot air circulation system, etc.
The hot air circulation system of this aging heat treatment furnace mainly consists of two centrifugal fans and a stainless
steel guide plate.
The heat emitted by the heating element is evenly blown into the effective working area by the circulating fan through the
air guide plate. The material of the fan and shaft is Cr20Ni20, and in order to ensure the normal use of the bearings, the
cooling method is air cooling.
