Treatment Furnace Quenching Solutioning
1.Application
Aluminum alloy solid solution and quenching heat treatment resistance furnace is a periodic operation type
resistance furnace, mainly used for rapid quenching and solution treatment of aluminum alloy parts.
The workpiece of this furnace adopts hanging operation, with good thermal circulation and relatively uniform
temperature.
After heating and insulation, the workpiece can quickly drop from the furnace into the water pool quenching
medium within 10 seconds, and the quenching treatment quality is high.
The temperature control system adopts PID zero-crossing triggered thyristor and Japan Shimaden intelligent
SR13 programmable meter to control the temperature . The furnace has good stability and adopts paperless
recorder to automatically record the temperature and over-temperature alarm dual control to ensure that the
workpiece does not overheat.
The mechanical transmission parts of the electric quenching furnace adopt interlocking control and operation.

3. Structure Introduction
The electric furnace T6 drop bottom structure consists of a heating furnace, a lifting mechanism, a
quenching mechanism,
a control system and other parts.
3.1Heating furnace
The heating furnace consists of an electric furnace body, a heating element, a hot air circulation device, a base
frame, and a furnace door.

The frame of the quenching furnace shell is welded with 10# channel steel (the spacing of the channel steel frame
is ≤800mm), and the thickness of the furnace shell steel plate is ≥ 4mm steel plate.
it can prevent the hot air flow of the circulating fan from scouring the furnace body fibers.
The top of the inner wall is welded with 3mm thick 1Cr18Ni9 heat-resistant stainless steel plate.
The hot air circulation device consists of a fan device and an air guide plate. The fan device is placed on the top
of the furnace body. The fan is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel to form a centrifugal fan blade. Static
and dynamic balance are performed during manufacturing, and the blade and shaft connection is tightened with nuts.
The fan shaft is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material.
The base frame is used to place the furnace body and is welded with 16# large channel steel.
The furnace door and furnace shell are also made of 12# channel steel welded as the frame, the outer wall is also
made of
6mm steel plate, and the inner wall is made of 2mm thick 1Cr18Ni9. The inner lining also uses aluminum silicate
refractory
fiber needle-punched cotton as insulation and heat preservation material.
The solution T6 heat treatment furnace door and furnace body are sealed with a cylinder-compressed soft seal.
After the furnace
door is in place, the cylinder is used to push it upward and the fiber cotton is used to make a soft seal.
The material basket is made of 304 stainless steel square tube and 304 stainless steel profile.
Mobile water tank: The mobile quenching water tank is made of 5mm thick 304 stainless steel plate and large
channel steel welded and reinforced. The bottom frame is welded with 14# channel steel, and the water circulation
device is a 4KW hot water pump. An electric travel mechanism is installed under the mobile water tank, with 6 wheels
in 3 rows, and a reducer at the front to drive the wheels to move. Before the workpiece is taken out of the furnace,
it moves to the bottom of the furnace body by electric travel, and opens to the outside of the furnace body when
not in use. The water tank is equipped with a U-shaped heating pipe to heat the water tank, and is equipped with
an electronic control system to stabilize the water temperature.

3.2 Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism consists of a double-speed winch, a loading basket, a lifting chain, a rolling wheel, etc.
The winch is installed on one side of the base frame and adopts a low-speed ratio reducer with a self-locking
device to ensure that the charging frame can stay and slow down at any position to prevent the charging frame
from quickly hitting the quenching tank when it descends.
3.3 Control System
The temperature control system uses PID zero-crossing trigger thyristor and Japanese Shimaden smart meter
to control the temperature. A paperless recorder is used to record the temperature rise curve, and an over-temperature
alarm is set. Double control ensures that the workpiece does not overheat.
The mechanical transmission parts of the T6 drop bottom furnace adopt interlocking control, that is, when the furnace
door is slightly opened, the power supply of the ventilator device and the heating element is automatically cut off, and
the power supply of the lifting device is automatically restored; when the charging basket arrives at the specified
position of the furnace and the furnace door is closed, the power supply of the lifting device is automatically cut off;
the power supply of the ventilator device and the heating element can be connected only after the furnace door is
closed in place to prevent accidents caused by misoperation.
