3. Equipment Features

3.1 The electrical parts are made of Schneider brand. The electrical cabinet uses a three-phase balancing device,

and the transformer and reactor are dry self-cooling to avoid accidents caused by scaling in areas with hard water.

3.2 The silicon steel sheet is imported from Japan and tends to be Z10, with a thickness of 0.35mm. Effectively

improve the efficiency of electric heating.

3.3 The shell of the electric furnace is treated with stress relief to ensure that the shell does not deform after

being heated.

3.4 The electric industrial melting furnace adopts new technology to effectively reduce energy consumption and improve the

quality of ingots.
