Refractory brick type electric resistance trolley type heat treatment furnace for pipes

1. Furnace application

The electric resistance trolley type furnace is mainly used for boronizing the steel pipes.

The bogie hearth furnace is mainly comprised of furnace shell, lining, furnace door, furnace door lifting mechanism and door compression mechanism, bogie, bogie traction mechanism, sealing between furnace body and bogie, heating element and fixed device, and temperature control system.

 

2. Technical specification

2.1 Rated power: 530KW+5% (1-100%) adjustable;

2.2 Power supply: 480V, 3P, 60Hz;

2.3 Rated temperature: 1050℃(normal working temperature: 850-1000℃);

2.4 Non-load furnace temperature rise speed: ≤2 hours to 850℃;

2.5 Control zone: 6 zones+ additional 3-point temperature measurement for temperature recording. And equipped with a 3-channel 7-inch color touch screen recorder or a 3-channel paper recorder for real-time printing and recording.

2.18 Protective gas inlets: Due to the long furnace body, four DN25 gas inlet pipes are evenly arranged at the lower part of the furnace side and aggregated to the DN40 main gas inlet pipe. Each gas sub-inlet pipe and the gas main inlet pipe have manual valves to control the flow rate.
