I. Product Overview

Engineered with a 250mm wide heavy-duty mesh belt and a 4.7-meter-long muffle heating tunnel, this system reaches a maximum operating temperature of 1150°C. It is meticulously designed for high-quality protective atmosphere brazing, bright hardening, and annealing processing of automotive components, mechanical hardware, and electronic copper/stainless steel assemblies.

II. Industry Challenges & Causes

  • Problem: Low Joint Strength, Voiding, and Leakage at Brazed Areas.

    Cause: Coarse Multi-Zone Temperature Profiles. At the critical 1100°C brazing stage, any dynamic thermal drifting or sluggish PID feedback will fail to melt the brazing alloy uniformly, yielding weak joints.
  • Problem: Surface Oxidation, Scaling, and Discoloration post Heat Treatment.

    Cause: Atmosphere Infiltration & Poor Muffle Sealing. Micro-cracks or loose seals in the furnace envelope under cyclic thermal stress allow oxygen to leak into the protective environment, compromising the "bright" mirror finish.
  • Problem: Chronic Sagging, Cracking, and Thermal Creep of the Muffle and Belts.
