8.6m Zinc Pot Automated Galvanizing System

Product Description

8.6m x 1.0m x 1.6m Gas Heating Linear Hot Dip Galvanizing Line – Fully Automated, Eco-Friendly

WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. offers a state-of-the-art linear hot dip galvanizing line designed for high-efficiency steel component coating. This fully automated system is powered by natural gas and built to meet modern environmental and energy-saving standards. The zinc pot internal dimensions are 8.6m in length, 1.0m in width, and 1.6m in height, with a zinc content capacity of 75 tons and a maximum hourly output of 3 tons.

The line integrates waste heat recovery technology, including flue gas heat exchangers that preheat combustion air to 50–150°C and maintain fluxing solution at 50–70°C, significantly reducing gas consumption to approximately 12.5 m³ per ton. The system also features double-sided zinc fume collection, acid mist containment chambers, and PLC-controlled temperature regulation across three segments. Optional patented waste heat modules further dry sludge and heat workshop areas. This galvanizing line is ideal for businesses seeking lower operating costs, reduced emissions, and automated production control.

Industry Challenges & Causes

  • Problem: Skyrocketing Fuel Costs. High natural gas consumption in traditional systems erodes processing margins.

  • Cause: Energy Inefficiency. Older furnaces vent high-temperature flue gases, losing thermal energy that could be recycled.

  • Problem: Stricter Environmental Audits. 2026 compliance requires near-zero emissions for acid mist and zinc fumes.

  • Cause: Poor Containment. Systems without negative-pressure enclosures allow hazardous "White Smoke" to leak into the workspace

Our Solution

  • Patented Waste Heat Recovery: Our flue gas heat exchangers preheat combustion air to 50–150°C and keep the fluxing tank at 50–70°C, lowering consumption to 12.5 $m^3$/ton.

  • Precision Pulse Combustion: 4 high-speed pulse TJ150 burners controlled by PLC keep the zinc bath at a stable 438–450°C, minimizing dross formation.

  • Comprehensive Environmental Control: Features a negative-pressure acid mist room and double-sided suction with a 55 kW VFD fan, bag filters, and water curtain deodorization.

FAQ

  • Q: How is acid mist managed during pickling?

A: We use sealed tanks with a negative-pressure collection system to prevent any overflow of acid fumes.
  • Q: What is the lead time and warranty?

A: Standard lead time is 90 days, with a 13-month warranty starting from shipment.
