For heat treatment processes requiring precise case hardening, WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. offers the RT-90-9 Pit Type Gas Carburizing Furnace. Designed for small to medium-sized workpieces, this vertical electric furnace delivers reliable gas carburizing with high temperature uniformity and excellent energy efficiency.

 

The furnace operates at a rated temperature of 1100℃ and features a 310S stainless steel muffle tank with a thickness of 10mm, ensuring long-term stability under thermal stress. Its effective working size is Φ600×1000mm, making it suitable for batch processing of components such as gears, shafts, and other carburized parts.

 

A key advantage of this model is the 2-zone independent temperature control system, using Shimaden Japan SRS13A PID controllers. Temperature uniformity is maintained within ≤±8℃ during the holding stage, while control accuracy reaches ≤±1℃. The upper touch screen provides centralized programming, real-time monitoring, and full data recording for the entire heat treatment cycle.

 

The carbon potential control system integrates a  PLC, an oxygen probe with back-pressure design, and a carbon control module. This closed-loop system maintains carbon potential uniformity ≤±0.05% CP and stability ≤±0.02% CP, with effective hardened layer depth adjustable from 0.30mm to 6.0mm. The system also supports process planning, historical alarms, and data reporting.

 

Other technical features include a hot air circulation fan (1.5KW) for forced convection, an electric push rod for furnace cover lifting, and a three-head dropper for precise injection of methanol, kerosene, or other organic liquids. The furnace lining uses high-alumina refractory fiber from Luyang Shandong (300mm thickness), and heating elements are 0Cr27Al17Mo2 alloy for high-temperature resistance.
