The RJ3-45-9 Pit-Type Quenching Furnace, manufactured by WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is a high-performance batch-type heat treatment system designed for quenching and heating processes of various rods, shafts, and mechanical components. With a rated temperature of 950℃, this furnace is ideal for applications requiring reliable and uniform heating in industrial environments.

 

Built with a robust vertical shaft structure, the furnace features an electric screw lifting mechanism for the furnace lid and a sand-sealing design between the lid and body to minimize heat loss. The workpiece is loaded into the furnace, heated to the desired temperature, and then quickly removed for quenching, ensuring efficient batch processing.

 

The furnace lining adopts a high-grade refractory fiber structure from Shandong Luyang, with a total insulation thickness of 325mm, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency and an exterior wall temperature rise of no more than 45℃. Heating elements are made of 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy strips, arranged around the furnace chamber to deliver uniform heat distribution.

The temperature control system utilizes a Shimaden PID controller paired with a thyristor power regulator, offering precise temperature management. The 10.1-inch touchscreen interface supports over-temperature alarms, historical data recording, process storage, and screenshot functions, providing enhanced operational control and safety.

 

All critical electrical components, including contactors and circuit breakers, are sourced from reputable brands such as Delixi. The control cabinet is built to international electrical standards, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance.
