WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. presents the Hot Air Circulating Oven, a new type of electrothermal drying equipment specifically designed for non-oxidative drying processes. It is widely used in enterprises, institutions, and research facilities requiring anaerobic heat treatment. The oven features excellent sealing performance, achieving rapid deoxygenation or cooling by filling with nitrogen. Equipped with automatic temperature control and timing devices, it ensures reliable operation and safe handling.

 

The oven has a maximum operating temperature of 250°C, with a standard operating range from room temperature +15°C to 250°C. Oxygen content can be maintained below 200 ppm, with deoxygenation completed in less than 30 minutes. Under no-load conditions, the heating rate from room temperature to 200°C is ≤40 minutes, with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and temperature uniformity of ±5°C (measured at nine points) at temperatures ≤250°C. The oven is equipped with a nitrogen inlet, flow meter, and pressure reducing valve (SMC brand) for precise control of protective gas flow.

 

The oven structure consists of an exterior made of 1.2mm Q235 steel plate, an interior liner of 1.2mm 304 stainless steel, and a frame constructed from #6 to #8 channel steel. The insulation layer is 120mm thick, made of national standard 1260 aluminum silicate fiber wool, ensuring excellent thermal retention. The door frame sealing uses high-temperature resistant silicone rubber, providing a tight seal and easy cleaning. An electromagnetic lock is integrated with the oxygen content control system for enhanced operational safety.

The hot air circulation system adopts a horizontal forced air supply method. The blower is a long-shaft, high-temperature resistant, low-noise centrifugal motor with a power rating of 370W. The impeller is a multi-blade high-temperature resistant stainless steel type, ensuring uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. The electrical control system utilizes PID regulation with SSR control. The temperature controller is a Yudian temperature control module with a K-type thermocouple. The PLC is from Delta, and the touchscreen is a 7-inch Kunlun Tongtai unit, providing intuitive and convenient operation.
