The system integrates multiple energy-saving and eco-friendly features, such as waste heat recovery for preheating assist agents, acid bath heating, and drying stations. Our patented waste heat utilization technology reduces natural gas consumption by approximately 2-3 m³ per ton of processed material, while enclosed acid rooms and dual-side zinc fume extraction systems minimize emissions and improve workplace safety.

Automation is at the core of the line, featuring a Siemens PLC-based control system (S7-1500/1200), PROFINET industrial networking, and intuitive HMI interfaces for real-time monitoring and operation.
