WONDERY recently delivered an RJ2-45-6 pit-type electric resistance furnace to a client in Vietnam. The customer, Mia Nguyen, primarily processes small and medium-sized metal or alloy parts. Given the standard operating range of 200-550 ℃, the client emphasized strict temperature uniformity to ensure consistent mechanical properties during tempering and stress relief.

 

Technical Solutions and Parameterized Evidence

1. High-Precision Temperature Field Control (±5 ℃ Uniformity)

To counteract typical vertical temperature gradients in pit furnaces, the equipment integrates a robust hot air circulation system:

 

Circulation Power: Equipped with a 2.2 KW air-cooled centrifugal fan

 

 

Air Duct Design: Constructed from 3mm thick 304 stainless steel with an inner diameter of 700mm to ensure optimal airflow penetration.

 

Control Logic: Utilizes a Japanese Shimaden intelligent PID controller paired with SCR power regulation, achieving instrument control accuracy of ±1 ℃. The temperature field uniformity in the working area is maintained within ±5 ℃.

 

2. Energy-Efficient All-Fiber Lining Construction

To address long-term operational energy costs, WONDERY optimized the insulation structure:

 

Material Standard: High-quality aluminosilicate refractory fiber sourced from Shandong Luyang.

 

Construction Process: Fiber folded blocks undergo secondary pre-compression to a density of ≥230 kg/m³.

 

Insulation Performance: With a total insulation thickness of 240 mm, the exterior wall temperature remains ≤35 ℃ during operatio

 

3. Reliability Design of Heating Elements

The installation method of heating elements directly impacts service life:

 

Material: High-resistance 0Cr25Al5 alloy resistance bands.

 

Installation: The corrugated resistance bands are secured via specialized high-alumina ceramic screws. This design eliminates the risk of thermal short circuits between the elements and the furnace shell while facilitating easy maintenance.

Delivery Standards and Deliverables

Effective Working Dimensions: Ø 700 × 900 mm.

 

 

Automation: 10.1-inch touchscreen control system featuring process storage, historical data recording, and over-temperature alarms.
