This integrated system is specifically designed to process challenging thin-gauge scrap, such as used beverage cans (UBCs) and fragmented aluminum, transforming them into high-quality aluminum ingots.

The core innovation is our single-chamber side-pool aluminum melting furnace. This technology drastically reduces the oxidation loss (burn-off) traditionally associated with melting thin scrap by using a closed-loop, vortex-based melting process in a side well, powered by a mechanical molten aluminum pump. This method ensures high aluminum recovery rates, low slag production, and significant energy savings.

The complete line is a seamless integration of pre-processing, melting, and casting modules:

  1. Pre-processing Stage: A heavy-duty single-shaft shredder reduces bulk scrap, followed by a carbonization decoating machine that removes paints and coatings at controlled temperatures.

  2. Melting & Recovery Stage: The shredded material is fed into the 8-ton side-pool melting furnace with its advanced regenerative combustion system. An ash recycling machine recovers valuable aluminum from process slag.

  3. Casting & Finishing Stage: Molten aluminum is cast into uniform ingots (approx. 6 kg) on an automated ingot casting line, which are then neatly stacked by a robotic ingot stacking machine.

  4. Environmental Control: A complete baghouse dust collector system ensures all emissions meet stringent international environmental standards (e.g., particulate matter ≤ 30 mg/Nm³).
